Spring Airlines (Chinese: 春秋航空; pinyin: Chūnqiū Hángkōng; abbreviated 春航 Chūn Háng) is a low-cost carrier with its headquarters in the Homeyo Hotel (航友宾馆 Hángyǒu Bīnguǎn) in Changning District, Shanghai, China. While the company adopted the English name "Spring Airlines", the Chinese name literally means "Spring and Autumn Airlines." Spring Airlines is the aviation subsidiary of Shanghai Spring International Travel Service. It reported a net profit of 470 million yuan ($71.2 million) in 2010

Qualification requirement
1. ) Hold a currently valid ATPL license without restrictions on A-320 issued by aviation
authority of his home country;
2. ) Hold A320 type rating certificate as captain and possess first rating instrument landing
standard;
3.) Hold current first class medical certificate;
4.) Suspension of flight service, if any, shall be within 18 months. Pilot Candidates who
possess proficiency check and medical check within the latest 6 months, or suspend
flight services no longer than 3 months or having record of no less than 3 times landing
and taking-off in the latest 90 days, will be preferred.
5.) ICAO Grade IV English ratings;
6.) Below age 55 (not included)
7.) Height over 165cm
Experience requirement
1) Minimum 3 years airlines crew experience
2) Total flight time 3,000 hours minimum
3) Experience as captain on international routes a must
4) Minimum 500 hours experience as Pilot in Command on A-320
Other requirement
1.) Fluent in English navigation communication;
2.) The Pilot’s native country must have diplomatic relations with China;
3.) No accountable accidents or incidents in record;
4.) Hold a certificate of non-criminal record;
6.) Candidate shall provide the copies of ATPL license, other licenses, training records, the
latest proficiency check, first class medical certificate and passport. Pilot candidate should guarantee
the authenticity and validity of such files. SPRING has the final decision to offer invitation for
