Excellent tax free pay and benefits.
Option 1 : 30 days annual leave
US$ 20,000 per month made up of:
US$ 16,500 base service fee per month
US$ 1,500 housing allowance (RMB5,000 per month)
US$ 2,000 bonus (US$12,000 paid every six months)
PLUS: US$300 per hour over 960 hours per year
Option 2: 7 days off per month with 30 days annual leave
US$ 17,500 per month made up of:
US$ 15,000 base service fee per month
US$ 1,000 housing allowance (RMB5,000 per month)
US$ 1,500 bonus (US$9,000 paid every six months)
PLUS: US$200 per hour over 960 hours per year
Option 3: 10 days off per month with 20 days annual leave
US$ 15,500 per month made up of:
US$ 13,000 base service fee per month
US$ 1,000 housing allowance (RMB5,000 per month)
US$ 1,500 bonus (US$9,000 paid every six months)
PLUS: US$200 per hour over 960 hours per year
Option 4: 1 month on, 1 month off
US$ 12,000 per month made up of:
US$ 10,000 base service fee per month
US$ 1,000 housing allowance (RMB5,000 per month)
US$ 1,000 bonus (US$6,000 paid every six months)
PLUS: US$160 per hour over 960 hours per year
Travel Benefits
Three to seven confirmed international tickets within Hainan Airlines network depends on service year
Minimum Requirements
- Less than 55 years of age at the start of the assignment
- Valid ATPL in type
- Valid Category I Instrument Landing Rating
- Valid Class A Medical (validity of 3 months upon reporting)
- English proficient level of 4 or above
- No history of incidents or accidents
- No criminal records
- 3,000 hours TT and 500 hours PIC in type
- Current in type within 6 months
- Must be from a country with diplomatic ties to China
